Poor me, having just posted a present tree, also in perfect light ;)
Probably there is more than one perfection possible.

Markus, I really found this sentence odd - absence of trees making light perfect?

This sentence *is* odd. I can't translate it word-by-word, but it transports a weird perception.

Excellent photo and quote!

It's a puzzling remark, makes me wonder "perfect for what?".

Randy, thank you very much!

Mary Ann, perfect for just looking around perhaps. No further explanation in the text: it's spring, the weather is clear and the absence of trees makes the light seem perfect ... odd sentence in an odd story.

Nice pattern. Love patterns.

Antimaus, yes, me too. But it's hard to do it right under some conditions, like snow and blue sky and sun and extremely harsh light.
