I haven't visited your blog for a while and was doing a little catch up. I like the industrial series that you did. Very interesting lines and shapes. As always I love the quotes.
We are still at the ironworks - so no, this is not a typical "ride" in German playgrounds, it is in the picnic area playground at the ironworks. And yes, I loved it too, ;-), made a really huge hole in the ground.
This is more a daily feed than a daily blog.
Photos are resized or may be cropped - that's the only post-processing I do.
The quotes: it is essential to me to only quote from things I am currently reading ... I must admit it is sometimes lopsided ... reading a 1000 page novel takes some time ;-)

Ooo I have not seen this sort of "ride" in a playground over here. My son would have loved this - he had a thing for graders.
I've never seen one of those in a playground here either. I think I would have loved it as a kid:)
New to me too ... clearly our lives have been uneventful all we had were toy trucks in the sandpit.

That's a new one for me too, I'll but it's sooooo much fun.
There is also one of those down by the River Saar in Saarbrücken, here.
AB, so perhaps these are typical for the heavy industry areas? Might be.
