You took a ride on the eye! I missed out on doing that when I was there.
kobico, ah no, I just couldn't think of better name for the file and since the eye is seen somewhere in the background ... things like the eye are kind of Laughing Sal to me ...
Are you afraid of heights, Martina, or is it the possibility it will break down when you are at the top?
Considering it is so big, London is a relatively low-rise city.
kobico, I am not really keen on heights but in combination with beeing enclosed with a bunch of strangers -- naaa.
AB, perhaps this is because they built on every cm2 they can get - no need to build high if you can just tear some building down and replace it with some 20 storey Norman Foster like yuppie appartment complex?
