It looks like a cabling nightmare in an IT shop (or perhaps the back of my PC).
To me it looks more like a scene from a horror movie where the vines come alive and attack... or hold you down during the sincere request for information!
They're solar powered so maybe they reached up to the heavens and hit the glass ceiling?
