What a strange picture. It is rare here to see a livestock field end at a paved road. What must the cow think?

Ron, me, too. But ... first I thought this cow was a little bit ... lost, but in reality she only waited for her mates ... and then the whole herd crossed the street ...

Daniel, moo! Cows are fantastic animals!

James, the cow thought: what are the other ones doing?? I want to go home! Where are they??

For the rest of the story, see scrap press.

Some info: in winter cattle usually is confined to the stables in the valleys (while during spring and summer they are up high in the mountains), but since this year it is very warm they are released to the nearby meadows, often in the centre of the village.

I used to live between two dairy farms in Vermont. I miss the cows, like there out all summer and Autumn and in all winter. Do not miss the flies.

James, I have a thing for cows. Not sure where this comes from. I grew up in the countryside with the one or other cow ending in our frontyard, munching the flowers. My uncle got a cow for his 50th birthday ... things like this perhaps. :-) Cows are wonderful animals. I would really like to own one. I think our neighbours won't be so happy about this, though ...
