kobico, I never thought of that - might be because of where I live most people have "normal" bicycles, too. What always catches my eye are the trés chic women and men using bicycles to get from a to b in the evening. Seeing a man with a bow tie, white shirt and dark coloured suit on a normal bike riding through the chaos that is traffic in Paris, that's surreal.
This is more a daily feed than a daily blog.
Photos are resized or may be cropped - that's the only post-processing I do.
The quotes: it is essential to me to only quote from things I am currently reading ... I must admit it is sometimes lopsided ... reading a 1000 page novel takes some time ;-)

One of the things I miss about France is "normal people" bicycles. A lot of people around here are "bike geeks" who only ride specialty bicycles.
