Very Deutsch, I'd say: Waschbeton/washed-out concrete, a broom and the dirt frame of a signboard removed long ago. Subject matter enough for a tenement blues.

Markus, eeh - no need to say who inspired me, hm? ;-)

ρομπερτ, somehow I am under the impression you have been living in Germany for some time (must be from browsing your whole blog, ;-)) so I guess you understand what I meant to say. Have a nice May, yes!

LS, to me it is mostly collisions. Connection is what the readers make out of this. The most interesting part of this blogging experience, though. Thanks again very much for your always in-depth and thoughtful comments.
