I know what you mean, we have a similar story here when it snows, anyone would think we'd never had any before!!!
Paul, it's really surreal. Germany even ran out of road salt. It's not that the last two winters weren't the same.
So. . . every once in awhile I click on the labels on your photos and today I chose 'vehicle' and this photo popped up which made me laugh out loud - so - luckily almost everyone has gone home. I looked at the comments and noticed - I'd been here before! I mean -me had been here before. I love this photo. No need to respond to my comment - I saw another photo that caught my eye in your 'vehicle' category. I am going to comment over there too.
-me, I always find it very hard to compose and frame these "lost things" - too much context, not enough context ...
