Martina - one of those deep, deep Swiss mountain lakes perhaps? The Thunersee? Definitely too much kitsch.
In fact, an Austrian mountain lake - yes I am waiting for something really surreal coming my way to quote with a kitschy mountain lake. (In reality it was wonderful and breath-taking and and and ... )
