Now you are really confusing me ... I just don't get the link between the photo and quote ... and as I've been bewailing the constant rain we have been having of late that quote sounds like a horror story to me!!
I like the geometry in this -- the lines, the quadrangles, the windows behind the windows. I don't see the rain either, though ;)
