Martina said...: Julie, the ants cultivate and harvest the aphids (ha, a new word!) I suppose. The beetle is just lost there - didn't understand how and why he came here ... ;-).
I am not sure about the beetle, perhaps of Curculionidae, German name translates as snout beetle.; 06 June, 2009 23:07
