Nice in black and white. It makes you concentrate on the shape of the apples and not their colour.
Thank you, AB. B/W was the only option: these are last years apples and the colours are mostly mushy brown and ugly yellow ;-)
I was at an apple orchid today, this year's fruit is being picked at the moment ... some pics will turn up on Sweet Wayfaring sometime in the next month or so.
I am so enjoying the comparison between our countries.
Sadly these last years apples are just dumped in the field. Like with other fruits it is cheaper to import from the other side of the world than to harvest at home. Same with cherries, plumes etc..
