Those piles look quite big ,., I don't think I would liek to meet the ground hog that dug these.

Not sure about these Austrian tumuli, but we have a few here in Saarland with dead Celtic princesses in them. Maybe, you could take your archaelogist's trowel on your next visit and start digging.
