  3. paul, I had to consult the Urban Dictionary for this .. wet Wednesday .. never heard before.

    Markus, that's how most of the times I "compose" the postings - starting with the quote, imagining what people might expect, doing the opposite, ;-). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I am too lazy for any elaborate composition at all, ;-)

  4. Wednesday id the middle day of the working week, a neither here nor there day, exactly half way between weekends so a little bit depressing - more depressing if it is a rainy day, a wet Wednesday!!

  5. paul, urban dictionary says "a weekly wednesday celebration required for sanity in a nine to five lifestyle." and "A reference to the heavy drinking that occurs on a Wednesday night." and I wondered if I mention the word "beer" too often in my comments ... ;-)
