Yes a post and a gate. We all love em. I've discovered that nearly all the farm gates look the same around country Australia ... but don't look like the wire on this one. I will post some at the end of the current Sweet Wayfaring tour.
Your photographs are getting more and more "emotive".... if it is a reflection of your state of mind then you are thinking alot right now :::))) I am however liking them more and more if that makes any difference...
Joan Elizabeth, I suppose these are self made wires, ;-).
Shaun, I don't know, let me think about that, ;-).
...
In fact, perhaps it is just the bad weather around here, haven't been out to take pictures for days and am browsing the archives at the moment. But since I do not have a distinctive "style" at all, who knows what comes next? ;-)
Maybe you are getting more "creative" more than anything else... since you cant get out due to the rain being forced to "see" things indoors... simple explanation...
Shaun, this translates to me as "more playing around". But yes, you are right, but I think in the over twelve months of this blog this happens frequently, this change of my 'style' - it has more to do with the amount of time I have than with anything else. And now for today I am under a lot of pressure for my next posting .... ;-) just kidding.

ReplyDeleteI like the gnarled old post. It looks much more solid and reliable than the gate!

ReplyDeleteI wonder where one would find such a home-made gate. My guess would be a Schrebergarten
